LEADERSHIP
Bearing a good degree of self-awareness as well as situational understanding, I believe in the importance of communication when leading a team to success. Having had the opportunity to lead the student committee during my under-graduation, I have learnt that thought-out delegation is a crucial part of any management and teamwork. Managing a number of fashion shows backstage has helped me develop a collaborative attitude and shown me the importance of spontaneous conflict resolution. Hailing from a diverse country and having had the opportunity to meet great peers from across the globe, I have enhanced my insights and perspectives and built on my intercultural sensitivity which I believe is key to being a good leader.
