Responsible for all design functions starting from ideation and conceptualisation to design development, Technical drawings and sampling for the sub-brand Allen Solly Tribe - Men’s wear targetted to attract the younger Allen Solly audience

  • Worked alongside the brand manager to ideate, plan and execute concepts each season based on in-depth trend and market research 

  • Ideated mother concepts and sub-stories for each season and curated Themes to present to the CEO

  • Designed styles along with prints and graphics for a range of 160-200 SKUs per season and ensured cohesive narratives throughout the range plan for Retail stores (DOS) as well as E-commerce 

  • Assisted the brand manager in design development for the sub-brand Allen Solly Jeans

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams namely product, buying, sourcing and sales to ensure the required execution and quality reproduction of concepts 

  • Developed design range as per the requirements of the buying teams and negotiated the selection of possibly successful styles 

  • Stayed in touch with the product teams to monitor apt execution and translation of design to product. Facilitated product development right from prototyping to bulk production and effectively exercised fitting and quality checks

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams namely marketing, merchandising and sales to ensure quality services, and resolve conflicts and complex issues

  • Designed, developed and devised the range architecture for seasonal collections along with competitor analysis

  • Conducted competitive monitoring both in-field and digital and analysed product news for marketing 

  • Assisted Merchandising team in executing innovative ways for surface development and finishing, enhancing the product quality on fabric and supplier levels

  • Developed multiple Print and CAD options that were incorporated into the season’s collection
